4. căci oamenii puterii sunt slujitorii lui Dumnezeu spre binele tău. Dacă faci răul, teme-te, căci ei nu degeaba poartă sabie; ei sunt slujitorii lui Dumnezeu pentru a face dreptate şi mânia [lui Dumnezeu] pentru cel care săvârşeşte răul.
