13. Nici nu trebuia să intri pe porţile poporului Meu, în ziua nenorocirii lui, nici nu trebuia să te bucuri de nenorocirea lui, în ziua prăpădului lui, şi nu trebuia să pui mâna pe bogăţiile lui, în ziua prăpădului lui!
