2. Împăratul David s-a sculat în picioare şi a zis: „Ascultaţi-mă, fraţilor şi poporul meu! Aveam de gînd să zidesc o casă de odihnă pentru chivotul legămîntului Domnului şi pentru aşternutul picioarelor Dumnezeului nostru, şi mă pregăteam s-o zidesc.
