1. Fiii lui Ruben, întîiul născut al lui Israel.-Căci el era întîiul născut, dar, pentru că a spurcat patul tatălui său, dreptul lui de întîi născut a fost dat fiilor lui Iosif, fiul lui Israel; totuş Iosif n-a fost scris în spiţele de neam ca întîi născut.
