34. Ben-Hadad i-a zis: „Îţi voi da înapoi cetăţile pe cari le-a luat tatăl meu dela tatăl tău; şi-ţi vei face uliţi în Damasc, cum făcuse tatăl meu în Samaria.” „Şi eu,” a răspuns Ahab, „îţi voi da drumul, făcînd un legămînt.” A făcut legămînt cu el, şi i-a dat drumul.
