16. Ceilalţi Iudei din celelalte ţinuturi ale împăratului s-au strîns şi şi-au apărat viaţa. Au căpătat astfel odihnă, scăpînd de vrăjmaşii lor, şi au ucis şaptezeci şi cinci de mii din cei ce le erau vrăjmaşi. Dar n-au pus mîna pe averile lor.
