6. Dacă însă străjerul va vedea venind sabia, şi nu va suna din trîmbiţă, şi dacă poporul nu va fi înştiinţat, şi va veni sabia şi va răpi viaţa vreunui om, omul acela va pieri din pricina nelegiurii lui, dar voi cere sîngele lui din mîna străjerului.`
