17. Dar dacă dă unuia din slujitorii lui un dar luat din moştenirea lui, darul acela va fi al lui pînă în anul slobozeniei, apoi se va întoarce înapoi domnitorului; numai fiii lui vor stăpîni ce le va da din moştenirea lui.
