18. Domnitorul nu va lua nimic din moştenirea poporului, nu-l va despuia de moşiile lui. Ci, ce va da de moştenire fiilor săi, va lua din ce are el, pentru ca niciunul din poporul Meu să nu fie îndepărtat din moşia lui!”
