15. Ceilalţi cinci mii de coţi însă, cari mai rămîn în lat înaintea celor douăzeci şi cinci de mii, vor fi daţi cetăţii ca loc obicinuit, pentru locuinţe şi păşune; şi cetatea va fi la mijloc.
