3. Tatăl său şi mama sa i-au zis: „Nu este nici o femeie între fetele fraţilor tăi şi în tot poporul nostru, de te duci să-ţi iei nevastă dela Filisteni, cari sînt netăiaţi împrejur?” Şi Samson a zis tatălui său: „Ia-mi-o, căci îmi place.”
