7. Cei cinci oameni au plecat, şi au ajuns în Lais. Au văzut poporul de acolo trăind la adăpost, în felul Sidoniţilor, liniştit şi fără grijă; în ţară nu era nimeni care să le facă cel mai mic neajuns stăpînind peste ei; erau departe de Sidoniţi, şi n-aveau nici o legătură cu alţi oameni.
