21. Aaron să-şi pună amîndouă mînile pe capul ţapului celui viu, şi să mărturisească peste el toate fărădelegile copiilor lui Israel şi toate călcările lor de lege cu cari au păcătuit ei; să le pună pe capul ţapului, apoi să-l izgonească în pustie, printr-un om care va avea însărcinarea aceasta.
