11. Căpeteniile cetăţii judecă pentru daruri, preoţii lui învaţă pe popor pentru plată, şi proorocii lui proorocesc pe bani; şi mai îndrăznesc apoi să se bizuie pe Domnul şi zic: „Oare nu este Domnul în mijlocul nostru? Nu ne poate atinge nici o nenorocire!”
