18. ,Domnul este încet la mînie şi bogat în bunătate, iartă fărădelegea şi răsvrătirea; dar nu ţine pe cel vinovat drept nevinovat, şi pedepseşte fărădelegea părinţilor în copii pînă la al treilea şi la al patrulea neam.
