2. Astfel, îi îndemn să fie credincioși în păstorirea turmei ce le-a fost încredințată de Dumnezeu, dar nu dintr-un spirit de datorie, ci de bunăvoie cu o conștiință curată în fața lui Dumnezeu. Să nu fie motivați de câștig financiar, ci să fie animați de intenții nobile!
