16. Ei ne interzic să vorbim popoarelor lumii, ca ele să nu poată fi mântuite de la distrugere. Ei își îngrămădesc păcat peste păcat, ca în final să aducă asupra lor teribila și imposibil de evitat pedeapsă a distrugerii.
