4. Dock utvalde HERREN, Israels Gud mig ur hela min faders hus till att vara konung över Israel evärdligen. Ty Juda utvalde han till furste, och i Juda hus min faders hus, och bland min faders söner hade han behag till mig, så att han gjorde mig till konung över hela Israel.
