23. "Så säger Kores, konungen i Persien: Alla riken på jorden har HERREN, himmelens Gud, givit mig; och han har anbefallt mig att bygga honom ett hus i Jerusalem i Juda. Vemhelst nu bland eder, som tillhör hans folk, med honom vare HERREN, hans Gud, och han drage ditupp."
