23. må du då höra det från himmelen och utföra ditt verk och skaffa dina tjänare rätt, i det att du vedergäller den skyldige och låter hans gärningar komma över hans huvud, men skaffar rätt åt den som har rätt och låter honom få efter hans rättfärdighet.
