40. Då tillsade Petrus dem allasammans att gå ut och föll ned på sina knän och bad; sedan vände han sig mot den döda och sade: "Tabita, stå upp." Då slog hon upp ögonen, och när hon fick se Petrus, satte hon sig upp.
