15. Då nu ordningen att gå in till konungen kom till Ester, dotter till Abihail, farbroder till Mordokai, som hade upptagit henne till sin dotter, begärde hon intet annat än det som konungens hovman Hegai, kvinnovaktaren, rådde henne till. Och Ester fann nåd för allas ögon, som sågo henne.
