17. Och Ester blev konungen kärare än alla de andra kvinnorna, och hon fann nåd och ynnest inför honom mer än alla de andra jungfrurna, så att han satte en kunglig krona på hennes huvud och gjorde henne till drottning i Vastis ställe.
