Så säger HERREN, Israels förlossare, hans Helige, till den djupt föraktade som är en styggelse för människor, en träl under tyranner: Konungar skola se det och stå upp, furstar skola se det och buga sig för HERRENS skull, som har bevisat sig trofast, för Israels Heliges skull, som har utvalt dig.
