28. Ja, frukta icke, du min tjänare Jakob, säger HERREN, ty jag är med dig. Och jag skall göra ände på alla de folk, till vilka jag har drivit dig bort; men på dig vill jag ej alldeles göra ände, jag vill blott tukta dig med måtta; ty alldeles ostraffad kan jag ju ej låta dig bliva.
