8. Är någon i sådant armod att han icke kan betala det värde du bestämmer, så skall han ställas fram inför prästen, och prästen skall då bestämma ett värde för honom; efter vad den som har gjort löftet kan anskaffa skall prästen bestämma värdet för honom.
