3. Alltså, om hon giver sig åt en annan man, medan hennes man lever, så kallas hon äktenskapsbryterska; men om mannen dör, då är hon fri ifrån lagen, så att hon icke är äktenskapsbryterska, om hon giver sig åt en annan man.
