4. Kto utečie do jedného z týchto miest, nech sa zastaví pred vchodom do mestskej brány a starším toho mesta nech rozpovie svoju vec. Potom nech ho pustia k sebe, do mesta, a vykážu mu miesto, aby mohol u nich bývať.
