4. Alebo ak niekto nerozmyslene prisahal, že urobí niečo zlé alebo niečo dobré, alebo ak čokoľvek nerozmyslene pri prísahe vyslovil bez toho, žeby si toho bol vedomý, keď si to potom uvedomí, stane sa vinným.
