25. Kuhusu wale watu wa mataifa mengine ambao wamekuwa waumini, tumekwisha wapelekea barua tukiwaambia mambo tuliyoamua: wasilechochote kilichotambikiwa miungu ya uongo, wasinywe damu, wasile nyamaya mnyama aliyenyongwa, na wajiepushe na uasherati."
