8. Basi walipokuwako kwenye lile jiwe kubwa lililoko Gibeoni, Amasa akaja kuwalaki. Naye Yoabu alikuwa amefungwa mavazi yake ya vita aliyoyavaa, na juu yake alikuwa na mshipi, na upanga uliotiwa viunoni mwake ndani ya ala yake; naye alipokuwa akiendelea, ukaanguka.
