8. Basi Abneri akakasirika kwa maneno ya Ishboshethi, akasema, Je! Mimi ni kichwa cha mbwa, aliye wa Yuda? Hata leo hivi nawafanyia fadhili nyumba ya Sauli babako, na ndugu zake, na rafiki zake, nisikutie wewe mkononi mwa Daudi; nawe hata hivyo wanitia hatiani leo kwa mwanamke huyu.
