13. Mkono wa mtu awaye yote usimguse mtu huyo, ila hakika yake atapigwa kwa mawe, au kupigwa kwa mkuki; kwamba ni mnyama au kwamba ni mwanadamu, hataishi. Hapo panda itakapotoa sauti kwa kufuliza ndipo watakapoukaribia mlima.
