13. Katika miji ya nchi ya vilima, katika miji ya nchi tambarare, katika miji ya Negebu, na katika nchi ya Benyamini, na katika mahali palipo karibu na Yerusalemu, na katika miji ya Yuda, makundi ya kondoo yatapita tena chini ya mikono yake awahesabuye, asema Bwana.
