1. Haleluya. Ee nafsi yangu, umsifu Bwana.
  
2. Nitamsifu Bwana muda ninaoishi, Nitamwimbia Mungu wangu ningali ni hai.
  
3. Msiwatumainie wakuu, Wala binadamu ambaye hakuna wokovu kwake.
  
4. Pumzi yake hutoka, huurudia udongo wake, Siku hiyo mawazo yake yapotea.
  
5. Heri ambaye Mungu wa Yakobo ni msaada wake, Na tumaini lake ni kwa Bwana, Mungu wake,
  
6. Aliyezifanya mbingu na nchi, Bahari na vitu vyote vilivyomo. Huishika kweli milele,
  
7. Huwafanyia hukumu walioonewa, Huwapa wenye njaa chakula; Bwana hufungua waliofungwa;
  
8. Bwana huwafumbua macho waliopofuka; Bwana huwainua walioinama; Bwana huwapenda wenye haki;
  
9. Bwana huwahifadhi wageni; Huwategemeza yatima na mjane; Bali njia ya wasio haki huipotosha.
  
10. Bwana atamiliki milele, Mungu wako, Ee Sayuni, kizazi hata kizazi. Haleluya.
