9. Pagkatapos nito'y sinugo ni Sennacherib na hari sa Asiria ang kaniyang mga lingkod sa Jerusalem, (siya nga'y nasa harap ni Lachis, at ang kaniyang buong kapangyarihan ay sumasa kaniya,) kay Ezechias na hari sa Juda, at sa buong Juda na nasa Jerusalem, na sinasabi,
