2. At kaniyang sinabi, Ang Panginoo'y nanggaling sa Sinai, At bumangon mula sa Seir na patungo sa kanila; Siya'y lumiwanag mula sa bundok ng Paran, At siya'y nanggaling sa laksa-laksa ng mga banal: Sa kaniyang kanan, ay may hawak na isang mahigpit na kautusan sa kanila.
