17. At sa bawa't lalawigan, at sa bawa't bayan, saan man dumating ang utos ng hari at pasiya niya, ay nagkaroon ang mga Judio ng kasayahan at kagalakan, ng kapistahan at mabuting araw. At marami na mula sa mga bayan ng lupain ay naging mga Judio; sapagka't ang takot sa mga Judio ay suma kanila.
