31. Upang pagtibayin ang mga araw na ito ng Purim, sa kanilang mga takdang panahon, ayon sa ibinilin sa kanila ni Mardocheo na Judio at ni Esther na reina, at ayon sa kanilang ipinasiya sa kanilang sarili at sa kanilang binhi, sa bagay ng pag-aayuno at ng kanilang pagdaing.
