25. At ikaw, Ezra, ayon sa karunungan ng iyong Dios na nasa iyong kamay, maghalal ka ng mga magistrado, at mga hukom, na makakahatol sa buong bayan na nasa dako roon ng Ilog, niyaong lahat na nakatatalos ng mga kautusan ng iyong Dios; at turuan ninyo yaong hindi nakakaalam.
