16. Kaya't ganito ang sabi ng Panginoong Dios, Narito, aking inilalagay sa Sion na pinakapatibayan ang isang bato, isang batong subok, isang mahalagang batong panulok na may matibay na patibayan: ang naniniwala ay hindi magmamadali.
