2. Ganito ang sabi ng Panginoon, Narito, tubig ay umaahon mula sa hilagaan, at magiging baha, at aapawan ang lupain at ang lahat na nangaroon, ang bayan at ang nagsisitahan doon; at ang mga tao ay magsisihiyaw, at lahat ng mananahan sa lupain ay magsisitangis.
