26. அப்பொழுது ஜனங்கள் அசீரியா ராஜாவை நோக்கி: நீர் இங்கேயிருந்து அனுப்பி, சமாரியாவின் பட்டணங்களிலே குடியேற்றுவித்த ஜாதிகள் அந்தத் தேசத்துத் தேவனுடைய காரியத்தை அறியாதபடியினால், அவர் அவர்களுக்குள்ளே சிங்கங்களை அனுப்பினார்; அந்தத் தேசத்துத் தேவனுடைய காரியத்தை அவர்கள் அறியாதபடியினால், அவைகள் அவர்களைக் கொன்றுபோடுகிறது என்று சொன்னார்கள்.
