4. ஓசெயா எகிப்தின் ராஜாவாகிய சோ என்பவனிடத்துக்கு ஸ்தானாபதிகளை அனுப்பினதும், தனக்கு வருஷந்தோறும் செய்ததுபோல், பகுதி அனுப்பாதேபோனதுமான கலக யோசனையை அசீரியாவின் ராஜா ஓசெயாவினிடத்திலே கண்டு, அவனைப் பிடித்துக் கட்டிச் சிறைச்சாலையிலே வைத்தான்.
