45. இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் எகிப்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டபின்பு, யோர்தானுக்கு இப்புறத்தில் எஸ்போனில் குடியிருந்த எமோரியரின் ராஜாவாகிய சீகோனுடைய தேசத்திலுள்ள பெத்பேயோருக்கு எதிரான பள்ளத்தாக்கிலே, அவர்களுக்கு மோசே சொன்ன சாட்சிகளும் கட்டளைகளும் நியாயங்களும் இவைகளே.
