3. யூதனாகிய மொர்தெகாய் ராஜாவாகிய அகாஸ்வேருவுக்கு இரண்டாவதானவனும், யூதருக்குள் பெரியவனும், தன் திரளான சகோதரருக்குப் பிரியமானவனுமாயிருந்ததும் அன்றித் தன் ஜனங்களுடைய நன்மையை நாடி, தன் குலத்தாருக்கெல்லாம் சமாதானமுண்டாகப் பேசுகிறவனுமாயிருந்தான்.
