3. அதற்காக ராஜா தம்முடைய ராஜ்யத்தின் நாடுகளிலெல்லாம் விசாரிப்புக்காரரை வைக்கவேண்டும்; இவர்கள் ரூபவதிகளாயிருக்கிற சகல கன்னிப்பெண்களையும் கூட்டி, சூசான் அரமனையிலிருக்கிற கன்னிமாடத்துக்கு அழைத்துவந்து, ஸ்திரீகளைக் காவல்பண்ணுகிற ராஜாவின் பிரதானியாகிய யேகாயின் வசத்திலே ஒப்புவிக்கவேண்டும்; அவர்களுடைய சுத்திகரிப்புக்கு வேண்டியவைகள் அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுக்கப்படவேண்டும்.
