5. ஜனங்கள் ஓடிப்போய்விட்டார்கள் என்று எகிப்தின் ராஜாவுக்கு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டபோது, ஜனங்களுக்கு விரோதமாகப் பார்வோனும் அவன் ஊழியக்காரரும் மனம் வேறுபட்டு: நமக்கு வேலை செய்யாதபடிக்கு நாம் இஸ்ரவேலரைப் போகவிட்டது என்ன காரியம் என்றார்கள்.
