Exodus 21.22
22. மனிதர் சண்டைபண்ணி, கர்ப்பவதியான ஒரு ஸ்திரீயை அடித்ததினால், அவளுக்கு வேறே சேதமில்லாமல் கர்ப்பம் விழுந்துபோனால், அடிபட்ட ஸ்திரீயின் புருஷன் அடித்தவன்மேல் சுமத்துகிறதற்குத்தக்கதாயும் நியாயாதிபதிகள் செய்யும் தீர்ப்பின்படியும் தண்டம் கொடுக்கவேண்டும்.
