9. அந்த மனிதர்மேல் முன்னிலும் அதிகவேலையைச் சுமத்துங்கள், அதில் அவர்கள் கஷ்டப்படட்டும்; வீண்வார்த்தைகளுக்கு அவர்கள் செவிகொடுக்க விடாதிருங்கள் என்று கட்டளையிட்டான்.
